RECOMMENDED DAILY ALLOWANCE
ProSlimX weight loss capsuls should be taken with water. Start with 1 capsule per day - increase the intake from the 4th day on to 2 capsules ( 1in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) to be taken unchewed with water. ProSlimX should not be taken after 4 p.m. Drink 2-3 litres water per day. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER?
The human body constists of more than 2/3 of water (about 70% ) and needs to constantly consume it in order to purfiy itself. During weight loss it is particularly necessary since, when burning fat, a discharge of toxins (Ketone) happens and needs to be expelled or it could stop the process.
You may notice an increased thirst. Try to avoid coffee and alcohol to keep your body hydrated. You should drink 2 to 3 liters a day ( ideally water, but fresh juices and fruit teas also help).
